All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. To help us serve you better, please include your ceremony date in the order comments section during checkout.
US Domestic Shipping Rates:

3 Day Service $19.00
2nd Day Air $25.0
Next Day Air $55.00
International Shipments:
Pricing and ability to ship will be handled on a case by case basis.
Pricing will vary, will not be the same as our Domestic pricing above and any pricing provided will not include local tariffs, taxes or fees.
Sandbox Couture cannot be responsible for these fees if applicable.
All International Shipments will ship USPS Priority International mail.
Please enter your order with International Ship To Address and a note in the comment section to verify shipment and price.
We will email you with pricing etc. for your approval.
Non US based credit cards will be billed and authorized prior to shipments.
Return Policy:
Return Authorization Requests MUST be made within 7 days of the original order ship date and must be received by our warehouse within 7 days of Return Authorization issuance.
Please note that PRODUCTS ARE NOT-RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE IF THE TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED, OR THE ITEM HAS BEEN WORN. We do our best to show accurate pictures of our items. If a size exchange is necessary, you will be required to cover all freight charges.
Please check the garment carefully before removing any tags or labels. All Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and unless a mistake has been made on our part, the return is subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the original freight charges. Return freight is the responsibility of the costumer.
Return Process:
Step #1: Email us at returns@sandboxcouture.com to get a Return Authorization Number.
In your request you must include:
1) Order Number (you can get from packing slip or invoice)
2) Date of order (remember it must be within 7 days of your return request)
3) Quantity
4) Item Number or Sku
5) Reason for the return
6) Your phone number
7) Your full name
8) Your ship to (and bill to address if different)
9) Your email address
Step #2: A Return Authorization Number will be emailed to you. If we have questions, one of our customer services representatives will contact you.
Step #3: Write your return authorization number(s) on the original packing slip you received, circle the items you're returning, and include this email or the original invoice in the box along with the items and their original packing material, tags etc. Additionally, write the Return Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of the top of the shipping box.
Note - Sandbox Couture will not process any returns that are received without a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the shipping box.
Step #4: Please ship the product back to the manufacturer directly (Little Things Mean A Lot) via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse, so use a reliable shipper. Please note – You will not be sending these products back to Sandbox Couture. You will be sending them directly to the manufacturer.

Be sure to write your return authorization number on the packing slip and place this important paperwork inside the package You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return/exchange was the result of our error. We cannot reimburse return shipping charges, so please contact us prior to mailing back a damaged or incorrect item.
Step #5: We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the package with credit information. Please keep in mind that we process your returns quickly but it can take 4 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card statement depending on your credit card issuing bank.
